Equipped with B Tech ( Electronics ) from AMU Aligarh, Naqi started his career as a Scientist in Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO). He later did his Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PGD-PMIR) from XLRI Jamshedpur.

He has worked in various HR profiles at Dr.Reddy’s Labs and at CEAT Ltd. His key contributions include implementation of Self Managed Teams, Introduction of HR  best  practices at CEAT Sri Lanka, Setting up HR processes for Halol Greenfield  Radial Tyre plant,  Design & Delivery of New Managers Program, e-learning etc.

In June 2017, he quit his corporate career to focus full-time on mentoring the upcoming graduates.

He  is an active speaker at industry & academia forums. He is also a member of CII Telangana’s panel on Education & Skills.

He is also a full-time director at ‘ORGRO Solutions Pvt Ltd’, a management consulting company.

Bhasker Sharma is a Director Academic Relations with Enable. Equipped with B.Tech Electrical from ZHCET, AMU Aligarh in 2002, he started his career as a Lecturer with GLA Institute of Technology and Management, Mathura.

He taught electrical engineering students for a decade in other colleges like JSSATE Noida, Galgotia’s College of Engg. & Tech. Greater Noida, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Mathura. Also worked on deputation as Head Examiner, Center Observer, Paper Setter, UPSEE Examination Observer, IEEE Member, ISTE Life Member. He is a certified trainer on High Impact Teaching Skills by Dale Carnegie. He also published few research papers in national and international conferences and referred journals.

He has professional exposure in corporate as well. He joined Sofcon Group as Head Center of Excellence and played an instrumental role in improving the quality of training to all the training centers which provides UG, PG students of engineering in Industrial and Building Automation. Later, He moved into Business Sales and promoted in the same Sofcon Group in Project Sales and his onus was to develop business in the BMS and ELV Market. Before joining Enable, He was working with Exenture Global (based out of Netherland) as Regional Sales Manager for Product Sales in the IIBMS, ELV and Life Safety Products Vertical.

Sanjay holds a Bachelors of Technology (Honours) in Electronic Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra and an MBA in Finance with distinction from Punjab University.

He started his career with government in National Informatics Center (NIC) where his last assignment was Director of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh region. He was instrumental in making these states go paperless with modernization of utility building, driving licenses and other governmental processes. Before giving up his corporate career his last role was a
CEO of in a German Multinational Company Groz Beckert where he was previously a CIO and Vice President Production, Projects and Logistics.

He chose to move out from corporate life to make a difference in lives of students who have potential to achieve their dreams but need right direction. His other plans for next innings include helping elderly in a way to enrich their lives.

He is an avid reader of history and enjoys in depth political analysis of both national and international political situation. He is very proficient in German.

He is currently based in Chandigarh

The working professional has a lot to offer to the students. And indeed many professionals across the country volunteer for such ‘guest sessions’. At ENABLE, we ensure that all such sessions are derived from a defined employability curriculum , and don’t end with an applause.

Our mentors are some of the very best professionals in their vocations, and boast of impressive academic and work credentials. Their association with Enable is in their individual capacity and on a voluntary basis.
